What choices will I have when creating my online menu?
Instant Online Ordering LLC will create your online menu for you and make sure it looks professional and accurate. We will try and mirror your paper menu as well as the look & feel of your current website.  We will send you the menu to look at for final approval.

Do I need to have an existing website for you set up online ordering for my restaurant?
No, we can create a brand new website for you and include online ordering.  Or we can simply add online ordering to an existing website you already have. 

How will I receive online orders, I dont have a computer at my restaurant?
Online orders can be automatically faxed or emailed to you. All you need is a fax machine or a computer. 

What information will I receive with my online orders?
Everything you need to fulfill the online food order. When a customer chooses online food ordering from your menu, you will receive the complete order, they payment method, the name of the customer placing the order, a call-back number, and whether it is to be picked up or delivered (if you offer delivery).

How will I be know when I receive an online order?
Our system is unique because we can add an automated phone call that calls your restaurant and alerts you to check your email or fax for the online order.

Will I really make money with Online Ordering?

How will customers pay me?
Our Online Ordering system will give your customers an accurate price that matches your restaurants POS/Register system.  You then enter the order into your POS/Register like normal .

Customer payment methods online:
1) Pay at the Time of delivery/pick-up - FREE
2) customer  can submit their credit card number on the order and the info is faxed/emailed to (then you key enter the card into your terminal) - FREE (MOST POPULAR)
3) You can have the credit card automatically processed and put into your bank account - there are gateway fees associated with this usually .15 cents a transaction and $20 a month

What If we add new menu items or are prices change, how do we update our online menu?
Instant Online Orders, LLC maintains your site for you, so you don't have to do any work or maintenance. Simply send us your updates and we will have it updated within 24 hours.

Can you intergrate with my POS?
Sometimes, If you use the ALOHA POS system we can integrate (there may be additional costs involved)     

Can I set a minimum dollar order for Online ordering?
Yes, you can.  Almost any feature or limitation you can can think of we can put in place.

Can I set up Coupons/Promos for online ordering?
Yes

Do I have to sign a long-term committment?
